Englishman Lloyd Kelly scored an equaliser in the sixth minute of injury time to rescue a point for the Italian giants after an electrifying goal-laden second half at home to Dortmund.

Kelly’s Comeback Following Penalty Mistake

Slow Start Gives Way to Goal Fest

Both teams created little of note in the opening 45 minutes as they neutralized one another in midfield.

The first half would not have enthused viewers, yet anyone who stuck around were treated to an explosion of real excitement after halftime – as Juventus fought back on three occasions, as eight goals scored from the 51st minute onward.

This marks only the second-ever Champions League game where eight scores were netted in one half, following the latter period of Bayern Munich's 9-2 victory over Zagreb last season.

Back-and-Forth Second Half

Adeyemi gave Dortmund the first goal when he expertly shifted the ball on the edge of the box and guided it past the keeper.

The German side stepped up with their finishing, however, 11 minutes later, a piece of brilliance from Juve from Kenan Yildiz resulted in the Turkey international bending a wonderful effort into the far top corner from distance.

Under two minutes passed before Dortmund were back in front, as Nmecha producing another sublime shot when he curled a first-time effort top shelf.

But the drama continued with more turns to come, and Vlahovic coolly finishing in a breakaway under later to level once more.

Stoppage-Time Heroics

Having lost their advantage on two occasions, BVB retook control once again when Yan Couto, sprinting towards the Juve box, drilled a low drive inside the post, just beyond the dive of the goalkeeper.

Ramy Bensebaini doubled Dortmund's lead via a penalty when ex- U21 star Lloyd Kelly handled the ball in his box.

However Vlahovic fired a late effort off the woodwork before setting up former Bristol City and Bournemouth back Lloyd Kelly to secure a late equalizer.
